( Nepal ) Kathmandu - According to the order of the Supreme Court, Charles Sobraj, a French citizen who is spending his life as a prisoner in Golghar of the Central Jail, will be released on Thursday.  The Supreme Court has sent a letter to the Bhaktapur District Attorney to implement the decision on Wednesday. Sobraj was accused of murdering American citizen Connie Jo Bronchich and Canadian citizen Carriere Laurent in Bhaktapur in 2032.  The Bhaktapur District Court found Sobharaj guilty of murdering the two foreigners and sentenced him to life imprisonment (20 years imprisonment).  Which was approved by the Supreme Court on July 14, 2067.  When Sobraj came to Nepal in 2060, he was arrested on charges of murder 28 years before that.  Arrested on October 2, 2060, the old cases were revived and decided against Sobraj.  According to his birth imprisonment, he had to stay in prison until October 1, 2080.  Sobraj, who is now 78 years old, had been demanding that he too should get the facility of prison exemption that senior citizens get.  For that, he has repeatedly filed writs in the Supreme Court.
